Police Suggestion Dispatch: Unit Radio

Suggestion Title: Dispatch: Unit Radio
Suggestion Description: Not everyone always has access to team speak and sometimes it's essential to talk to other dispatchers to relay information to the number 1 (primary) it would be useful if we could have the Unit Radio back for dispatchers or even better voice chat while sitting at the computer so we can talk to other dispatchers in the room.

Why should this be added?:
- to allow incidents from 911 calls to be relayed to primary dispatcher and to provide better communication between the dispatchers on duty. Able to deal with situations and incidents more efficiently as you won't have to get up from your seat.

What negatives could this have?:
- N/A

Currently the size of the room SOP says you need to stay in is small enough so every dispatcher can hear each other in local voice chat, it can be used in this exact way, voice quality is the same sitting as it is on the radio at this close range

You have to get up from your seat as the voice function doesn't overlay with the pc function only the global radio works
