Topic: Being able to click on the map on CCTV locations to quickly access that camera.



Short explanation (in notes):
- Being able to click on the map on a CCTV camera to quickly access it.
- A small map circle on the map, similar to the red dots for street signs

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

In a lot of situations it can get quite difficult to follow a suspect via the CCTV simply because you have to scroll through tabs to get to the right camera, with my system you could click on a dot on the map and switch right to the CCTV camera, or have a dialog box appear first asking if you wish to watch the CCTV footage.

- For any CCTV which is inside we could have white dots?

I like this idea. It gives the PLPD a way to compete with those pesky race cars that always seem to get away.

Just going to add that there should be a feature where you can select a unit and go to the nearest camera, same goes with an incident.

Definitely could be worthy of accepting, just how would we code it though?

They could change the system where not only do you get access to cameras in one sector by clicking on it say the suburbs but it also displays any units assigned to that area. I have only seen screenshots of the dispatcher systems but it should be made easier.

I've played dispatcher for a few hours now, and I can say that this is absolutely needed, finding the right camera is absolutely terrible and made me severely depressed
