What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: It's kinda of a change to a staff policy/rule.
Your version of the rule: Upon reviewing a ban dispute the whole process must be recorded.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: so that the player in question can request said recording to ensure all useful and relevant information was spoken about/provided. this will clear up the air on people thinking that they staff members abusing to keep them banned. I've discussed this with many players in the Meta team speak and they all like the sound of it.
Failure to provide the recording of a dispute process should either result in another review or just an automatic accept.
