Do not have paralakecity_v2? Demo

So when I try to play a demo the same message pops up: Map paralakecity_v2 not found.

How the hell have I been playing then.
Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you tried restarting?
Verified integrity of game cache?
Re-installed the game and content pack?

When you join the server it downloads the map, and when you close the game it deletes the map to make sure it doesn't take up any memory, join the server once and then watch the demo, should fix it.

Load into the server, THEN open your demo on GMOD.
