Server Suggestion Domestic Terrorism Charge

Suggestion Title: Domestic Terrorism Charge
Suggestion Description: A charge for people that use explosives such as Remote or Timed explosive and/or shoot up a large group of people at public areas like City Hall & Bazaar.
The Charge Length would be 20 minutes and the fine would be 20k.

Why should this be added?:
- When No staff online would help jail MRDMr's for 20min
- Makes people think twice before blowing up bases.

What negatives could this have?:
- A wee bit of coding to ensure the 3.10 does NOT lengthen to 20y20k but stays at 10y10k
- More Crybabies crying that they were unlawfully arrested for the offense.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Absolutely None

Depending on the context assassinating the mayor may count as domestic terrorism, I don't think this would work well

I think this says enough... I see way more negatives than I see positives.

When can you charge for this when explosives were not used?
How will you prevent people getting falsely jailed, forced to wait 20 minutes instead of 10?

In what world is 20 minutes fair for any player, that is 1/3rd of an hour. People already have limited time.

They will just disconnect and reconnect later like they always do when being arrested. Maybe the rare 1% does not.

Shove them in the holding cell and leave them to rot for the MassRDMers if there really is no staff on. I don't see any positive in giving PD a way to jail people for 20 mins. This can be easily abused and would just be generally bad for the crim player experience

The only applicable application you’ve described this circumstance being viable under is one we’re issuing 6 month - permanent bans for doing.

If you have someone in custody for it you can just:

Shove them in the holding cell and leave them to rot for the MassRDMers if there really is no staff on.

There’s no practical, applicable application for jailing a massrdmer for 20 minutes. If the rare chance they get out and serve the 20 minutes, then you’re legally required to let them go free once the sentence has expired, so I see no real reason or benefit to jail someone for 20 minutes for RDM when someone who kills 16 cops in a shootout is stuck at 10 minutes.
