Police Suggestion Don't unassign from incident when trying to view recent ones via quick incident menu

Suggestion Title: REMOVE Police incidents
Suggestion Description: Remove the occurrence when pressing Assign Recent via the J menu as cop making your unit leave your current incident.

Why should this be added?:
- Checking active incidents should not unassign you from your current one. This should only occur when you press on another incident, and not just leaving the menu.

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Officers accidentally leaving incidents while previewing.

It's not a bug, it was an intentional compromise I decided at the time to keep the number of options in the circular menu as low as possible. I didn't expect people to rely on this to check active incidents
