Short explanation (in notes):
-Allows drug plants to grow quicker
-Different chemicals = Different times
-Plants can only take a certain amount of chemicals

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

When I was actually on, I was growing and couldn't get enough time in to grow a lot. Why not add something that allows plants to grow quicker?
Before people say its too OP, look at the three notes, it says only a certain amount of chemicals can be applied.


Optional additions:
-I may be banned, but I still love to keep the community new and interesting.

I think this is a great idea and it should be implemented drugs take so bloody long to grow its sooooooo annoying.
