When you plant drug it wont take in cosideration prop limit
Detailed description:
So basicly right now if you reached prop limit it wont let you plant drugs. I think this should be changed because sometimes I reach prop limit and then I cant plant more drugs. It can get veary annoying to remove props and then plant especialy if you they are not close to you, or it takes alot time to place them in specific position.
