Topic: Drug dealer messages you more than once every 4 hours
Short explanation (in notes):
-DD Sends you a message of your location every 2-3 hours instead of the current 4 hours
Detailed description (why should it become added/...): Right now if you join you will have to wait until the DD changes location to know where he is if he messages you and it takes ages so this will basicly make the DD message you every 2 hours so you are updated with his location and dont have to wait ages until he changes
