Easy Swat

I am getting very frustrated making a cop quit his job when the cop slot is full, making myself a cop and then making myself swat.

I have been thinking, why don't we have an option to become swat straight away, instead of becoming cop and then swat.

Its more realistic the way it is.

I do agree it is frustrating, but I say just keep the way it is.
