Brief description of idea:
The Community will elect a superintendent, and maybe some deputy superintendents. The COMMUNITY Will decide who gets to hold these roles, not PD command.
The reasoning for this is as the clock ticks, a new accusation of PD bias will surface, and it's gotten to the point where its becoming so common that there has to be an ounce of truth somewhere with some of these complaints.
The ideal candidate for PD superintendents should be:
- Someone with no emotional bond to any members of the staff team, such as good friendsor snapchat nude buddies.
- Someone with an iron will who will NOT be swayed with promises of promotions or other benefits.
- They should hold, or have held, a rank of some significance, such as Cpl+ in the past.
- They should be sceptical of the PD's actions.
Superintendents will not receive any form of promotion for this role and could well be civilian staff if that's who the community voted for.
The only way to demote a superintendent from this role would be:
- Negligence of there duties
- Breaching a superintendent policy
Superintendents will have the privileges to:
- Investigate demotions and disciplinary actions in depth.
- Investigate promotions in depth.
- Handle future CoD elections.
- Handle tickets and give input and advice on what course of action to take in the event of a
These people will be elected by the community and the command team won't be able to intervene with the election. Typically, the more sceptical of the PD the candidate is, the better.
The role(s) function will be to check up on allegations of bias and take action through democratic actions by the community.
If anything, the command team should accept this idea wholeheartedly. If they truly have nothing to hide, then surely they would love this idea to show they honestly, hand on heart, have nothing to hide. Should they be innocent, then this would prove there innocence.
Alternatively, you could have a senior administrator, Bolli, or Owner, take up this role.

This idea will put the PD at the mercy of the community, something that should have been implemented LONG ago.
