Main Idea: When cops got emergency lights cars have to make way for them

Full description of the idea: Okay i don't know how many cops/medics/firefighters had the problem but when i had an emergency i had to wait because all the cars were blocking me
Why should it be added?: It should be added so we can go quicker to emergencys and no one will block
Pros: We are quicker to the emergency. Little chance now for crashing

Cons: i don't know any bad things

Upon the approach of an emergency vehicle with its lights or sirens activated drivers must pull to the rightmost side of the road to allow the vehicle to pass.If the vehicle remains behind them they must come to a stop at the nearest safe location.
