Suggestion Title: EMS and FD tooters (Or job tooters as a whole)
Suggestion Description: EMS and FD should have a job specific tooter that anyone in the job (or specific ranks. FF and Paramedic (one past junior) should do) that they can use to talk to the community or hiring posts or more.
Why should this be added?:
- Ability to reach out to the community.
- The ability to make public safety announcement/roleplay style messages without going broke.
- Job members can use tooter instead of one person taking total control.
What negatives could this have?:
- You have to do effort.
- Would require a way to figure out who made what post as well as minge prevention. However with the new EMS and FD ranks this less of a problem but can be a hassle for roadcrew/courier. PD is fine as it has ranks already/command has the tooter.
- Editing and managing posts can be a problem (cooldown maybe?)
