Suggestion Title: V6 upgrade
Suggestion Description: An upgrade available after all engine upgrades are done at Veikkos

Many players want to drive their favorite cars but can’t.

Meta cars make you miss out on aesthetic and style

V6 Upgrade will make the car drive at 90 MPH.

Why should this be added?:
- give players option to have their favorite car be decent
- balanced out by the huge investment pre-requisite
- allows for fun situations where crappy cars are turned into sleepers
- makes races more enjoyable
- makes races more unpredictable
- makes driving have more variety
- makes chases more unpredictable
- makes chases more enjoyable
- gives you more control of your car

What negatives could this have?:
- balancing concerns regarding cars that are too old or seem unrealistic to offer this upgrade. Maybe only offer it to cars that could be faster like Mitsubishi Evo?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People can’t drive their favorite car because it’s not “Meta,”

I think this is a funny idea but i agree. A car becomes your brand in a sense. It sucks when its slow.

V6 Upgrade will make the car drive at 90 MPH.

I don't think all cars should be able to drive 90MPH but at least gain a considerable boost in top speed and some acceleration.

-Mini Cooper 1965 shouldn't become a sleeper that can hit 90MPH but maybe actually be able to reach 50 to 60 MPH for decent highway speeds.
-A Supra or any other JDM can do it with the right engine swap, but even then 90MPH might be a bit too much so at this range it should get a bit of a top speed increase but a more notable increase in acceleration in lower RPM/gear.

Your suggestion lacks actual cons so I've gone ahead and thought of some:
-To balance this speed buff the tier repair costs should be increased considerably and not stay the same as before.
-There is also the problem of trunk space. We'd have to remove some to make them more in line with higher end cars so I think it would also be fair to say that some trunk slots would be removed and a weight limit should be set for balancing sake.
-Third upgrade cars should be more delicate and probably have a increased risk of taking engine damage when getting into collisions.

Making them all go 90MPH would be a bit too much and there should be a set limit or some limited amount of cars that are selected to receive this upgrade.
