Raiding Someone as police but always loosing? I'll give you some tips that will improve quality of your raids.
1. Plan. First, You Need a plan of the building to make a good raid. I got one.
You can see on a plan, i marked positions of officers and possible robbers positions. If you don't have a plan, don't worry, PM me and i can make one for you.
2. Groups. If a building has more than 1 enter (in my case it does) you have to make groups out of officers to surround the Perps. Place SWAT officers to the nearest enter to the possible Perp position.
3. Commanding. If you're a Lieutenant, say "wait for my go" in the radio and tell them to go as soon as you think it's safe to.
4. Officers. They always go into shootouts and die first. Tell them that they will be demoted if they go in when it's not safe.
