Suggestion Title: Event Text
Suggestion Description: It would be good for RP if there is some way to leave text on the scene that would basically do the same job as a /desc providing more depth in a simple way utilizing what is already implemented.

Limitations can and I believe should be in place however so that new players don't minge with this feature. The event text should be logged as well and limited to a certain amount per day that way people don't spam it.

Lastly this could be a benefit to VIP as there would be a timer on this event text, VIP can possibly get an extended Event Text then Staff can get an unlimited time.

Why should this be added?:
- roleplay for everyone
- /desc but stays for a while
- simple addition but favorable for depth in story

What negatives could this have?:
- abusable still just like any other feature.

Simple solutions for the things you adressed:

Limit them to 1 or 2 per player at the same time. (can be extended by senior mod+ like the prop limit)
Make them automaticly dissapear after 10 minutes.
Use the chat filter to filter the text put into them.
