Why Should This Player Be Punished: broke several different rules. He waited at the PD after his friends had started the bank robbery, and when my colleague Jason Kile ran out to his swat van he got shot by the guy and killed. I waited a few minutes and rushed out again, and he was still there. So the guy had decided to stand under CCTV for 5+ minutes just to spawnkill cops when they ran out.
