Main Idea: Have DNA tool show if the person was finished off and by whom.
Full description of the idea: Right now when when someone kills somebody and finishes them they usually claim self defense if medics or cops show up. With a system in place that shows if someone was finished off after being unconscious brings a whole new level of RP for cops and medics. You should be able to see what the final blow was to someone that killed them. You would also see if the body has excessive amount of damage.
