Hello. I would like to introduce the world to the Fischer Power Company, the small project that I started with my friends back in 2023 when we all decided we'd like to be in an org together. Initially, it was meant to be a closed project, only for us to enjoy, but as time passed and we met new people, we decided to turn it into a normal org. Now that we have grown to the point where we've had 2 bazaar shops and around 6~ people basing at once, I've decided to make this post to let people know about us.
Organisation Rules
1.- Server rules: All members of the Organisation are expected to follow server rules to their best ability.
2.- Administrative punishment: Any user who has received administrative punishment recently (bans, warnings, or blacklists) may be subject to disciplinary action within the Organisation.
3.- Toxicity: Excessive toxic behavior, IC or OOC, will not be tolerated.
4.- Allies: Allies are to be treated like an extension of our own Organisation, so they cannot be raided, robbed, or harmed in any way unless approved by a Chief Engineer+.
5.- Discord: All members of the Organisation are expected to be in the official Discord. This, however, will not serve as an excuse to metagame or break any other related server rules.
6.- Activity: All members are expected to not be inactive for longer than a month without warning.
Recruitment rules
7.- Schedule: Recruitment may only be done if it has been authorized by a Chief Engineer+.
8.- Background check: All recruits must be checked to make sure they are not breaching any of the previous Organization Rules.
9.- New players: New players are welcome to join the organization.
Raiding rules
10.- Raiding new players: Raiding new players is allowed, but greatly discouraged.

Ranks and promotions
The idea of having ranks is mostly organizational and to make sure that more sensitive permissions are only held by trusted people. We operate as a group of friends and mostly as equals, so this hierarchy does not mean you are expected to constantly be following orders or asking for permission to take the initiative. The idea of the higher-up roles is to have people who can manage the organization in-game (F3 menu), deal with potential conflicts, and make decisions in case of disagreement. There are no advantages related to holding a higher role beyond permissions.Given this, promotions will be given to hand-picked people by the command team (Deputy Chief Engineer+) to people who are active and valuable to the Fischer Power Company.
Structure
1.- Junior Engineer Entrance rank. It is a probationary role, given to those new to the organization or as a punishment for breaking the rules. Permissions: N/A.
2.- Engineer The basic role. All Junior Engineers will be promoted to this in about a week. Engineers hold no extra responsibilities other than following the rules like every other rank. Permissions: Access to Organization Storage.
3.- Senior Engineer A role given to members who have been a part of the organization for a long time or who have shown great compromise and initiative, such as organizing raids, drug growing, or helping newer members. Permissions: Engineer permissions + Manage organization pictures.
4.- Deputy Chief Engineer Command of the organization. Highly trusted and experienced individuals authorized to make decisions and manage the org under the supervision of higher-ranking command members.Permissions: Senior Engineer permissions + Editing the TeamSpeak, inviting new members, and accessing the organization bank account.
5.- Chief Engineer Second in command to the organization. They are effectively the same as the Plant Director, meant to be running the organization and supervising along with the rest of the Command team. Permissions: All.
6.- Plant Director Owner of the organization and head of the Command team, responsible for the well-being and correct functioning of the Fischer Power Company and its members. Permissions: All.
