Suggestion Title: Fix tiers at RC
Suggestion Description: Instead of just being able to fix your tiered cars at veikkos you should be able to do it at RC as well.

Why should this be added?:
- It is very frustrating driving all the way to business with a tiered car as some people can't drive
- It's easier and provides alternatives

What negatives could this have?:
- Reduces the amount of people using veikkos

I don't really support this,RC was already buffed quite recently with being able to fix your Engine and your Tyres there,Removing one of the only features that is keeping Veikko useful.
