Server Suggestion RC Clean Cars

Suggestion Title: RC Clean Cars
Suggestion Description: I believe RC should have the ability to clean dirty cars after they have repaired it using some kind of cloth tool.

Why should this be added?:
- New job for RC to do
- RP as a car wash

What negatives could this have?:
- People may not use car wash anymore as RC could do it for free if they wanted too

Considering it's cheap to wash cars, this may not be a downside at all

Add a hose that allows civilians to wash cars when within the confines of a large property (Subs house / wood cabins as the minimum size) they have keys for, could also work for putting out meth fires within those properties without alerting authorities

Like this idea, some casual RP. Carwash is already stupidly expensive for certain cars so would love to see this

I've tried to hold car washes with the fire department and nobody ever shows up ingame. So I'm not sure if anybody will actually use this at all. Though what could be used is roadcrew able to fuel up other cars instead so they can act as a gas station attendent, might effect chases but they can call it in after.
