arrives at the scene of a shootout
wonders why they get gunpointed by tfu
runs from gunpoint and questions why they are being shot

Is it not obvious enough that you are seen as a threat? If you don't want to be handcuffed or whatever then don't enter the area, simple as.

Mostly goes like this for me:

Person who just loves to speed and evades cops like no other=We try to stop the car via non-lethal methods (spikes), resorting to ramming the vehicle next if all other means are exhausted. Gun pointing is still mostly used in this scenario but only once the vehicle is stopped in order to stop the person from running off, if you ever battering rammed someone out of their vehicle they will always make a run for it for whatever reason and just increase their sentence.

Person who loves to speed and put others in danger with excessive reckless driving which also includes driving on the wrong side of the highway=We use lethal force on the car, aiming for the engine but most preferably the tires since we're able to instantly pop them now. Here we make use of gunpoint to make sure the person doesn't run off, if they do they can be a further threat to someone's life by trying to get out of sight and pull something funny out of their pockets. Innocents bystanders may catch a bullet in the process which is why LEO's need to be careful when resorting to this method.

Those who constantly evade cops should be prepared (and also know) how most cops already turn to more lethal options in order to stop you. By gun pointing you can basically put a stop to this endless traffic chase nonsense.

And please, stop running off in the future when you're being battering rammed out. You're making it worse for yourself. You can (and will be) seen as an active threat no matter what you do.

You can assume im a threat, I have no issue with that.
You can gp me out of my car, I have no issue with that considering the situation.
You can chase me when I run away from you, I have no issue with that.

My issue is that you shoot me (LETHAL FORCE) when you saw no weapon. What threat was I to your life?

You being on the scene itself is concerning enough, we don't know if you are armed or not as certain guns are concealable. If you are on the scene of a crime then you may be detained for the safety of others within the area of a crime scene more especially when it is a shootout and tensions are high, don't expect police to not take action when you fail to follow instructions.

Cuffed man jumps into my van. TFU lights up the car without a word killing us both.
Could of easily started a chase and ended it quite quickly since its a van, but he chose shooting a guy who was cuffed and I wasn't armed. :)

@Jenga The amount of times you have carried mac-11's or pistols is also high, so if you run if we expect you pulling a gun out around the nearest corner

@blobvis 2.0 Sorry that I carry a gun and I kill cops, most of the time i'm defending a base or raiding.
But because of what I did in a past life you decided that I am automatically armed and decide to shoot me because I may have a gun.
I didn't have a gun this situation, the one where the cop mag-dumped my van or the one where I ran away from the cop who shot my car with the shotgun.

Generalising situations.

Even if he started driving away, why police always got to just unload into the car. Its a transit van its not going to go far by the time you spawn a car, refill your mags and even have a cuppa ;-;

mane people in really life run from police officers while they where under gunpoint , imagene you put ur hands up and cant take it down for like 10-15 sec

well why would you put your hands down after surrendering? you're bound to get tased or shot if you make any sudden movements, we've learnt that recently.

Just wanna point out in this situation DB who was the person who hopped in was being chased by us for committing a murder after failing to stop from us. You chose to help him therefore suffered the consequences. I don’t disagree that sometimes officers jump to use guns over other bits of force but this situation isn’t an example of that

@Mimball Oh definitely, I'm not complaining about that, it's just the SCAR-L TFU kept spraying even after the Tesla has been disabled
