Focus on 2.1 (Play realistically) instead of 3.4

ok aquaa u know its not personal but that take is fucking retarded he isnt tryna flee from a fucking tfu directly in front of him with a ford transit

regardless the tfu just sprayed and prayed u can clearly just shoot the tires out and gunpoint them its a transit bro

You can hear him saying "why are you in my car" before dying, so I doubt that was his intention

Still, driving away under gunpoint. Oh and he did get punished? Well that's good that the rules still exist and are being enforced like they should be!

I’ll be honest, I evade the police for the majority of my time on the server because it’s the only true enjoyment I get besides throwing grenades at random people.

I normally evade if I feel like it when it comes to minor traffic offences because why not, I juke police and drive like an asshole and I expect to get stopped like the asshole you are.

Yes I agree with this thread quite a bit but it all depends on the situation and it’s severity since you can simply drive away and evade and still get shot, but this is based on how you are driving. Cops can consider your driving reckless and shoot you up to bring you to a proper halt and you should expect that if you’re driving a Ferrari or some shit at 120mph on the wrong side of the road.

The amount of times I’ve been cop and people have evaded from a shootout or have chilled near one have evaded plain out which makes it worse for them because they’re making themselves look way more Sus.

@Sorle my whole point is that its his fault, he was being a smartass blocking the tfu, started driving, and then u can also slightly see how he begins to slow down to offer the person an opportunity to hop in. Him saying why are you in my car doesn’t mean shit either lol, wordplay to make the cop think twice about lighting his ass up

If someone flees from a traffic stop, you can, and should be gunpointing them.
They have probably evaded for a reason, I.E arrest warrant, etc, and are probably armed. Not sure where you thought to use less than lethal for this...

I completely agree to you, blob. In 8/10 cases, civs react way too aggressive. Try to use non-lethal force and solve a situation more realistically - you'll most likely get shot by aiding bystanders. Misdemeanor happens on both sides, ofc. Nearly everything's about shooting, aggression & particularly toxicity.

People like to play by the idea that if you’re shot wt 3.4 goes out the window. However, 3.6 should still be in your mind. I don’t think people should necessarily be punished for running away like this but then neither should officers.

Every situation is obviously different, and most perp players have an IQ of 40, but use your brain; just because you got shot at doesn’t mean the action most likely to keep you alive is to run around in circles or drive off a bridge.

@Aquaa regardless of whether or not it was intentional it was handled terribly by both sides thats the issue

i know jengas not braindead and i know hes not gonna try to escape in a transit but hes also a huge fuckin troll resulting in shit like this

@Jimmy Jackson that's a very dangerous assumption to make for all cases of fleeing a traffic stop

if you have evidence to suggest that it may be the case then feel free to show willingness to use lethal force, if there's no evidence just be more cautious and be prepared to demonstrate lethal if any evidence is brought against them to suggest that they're dangerous

@Jimmy Jackson that's still demonstration of potentially lethal force which at its core is still just not justifiable for minor evasion which is what your statement implies

@Jimmy Jackson You generally shouldn't shoot the tires of a vehicle for a simple evasion from a traffic stop. You should attempt to use other methods first then attempt to shoot the tires if they're a serious risk to life such as driving on the wrong side of the highway or if other methods of force have failed. This could be classed as a Shooting Violation or Excessive Force if a complaint were to be made which is classed as Gross Misconduct. It's also generally a lazy thing to do.

oh no someone dropped their mcdonalds cheeseburger wrapper on the floor, better gunpoint him so i can shoot him the second he even sighs so i can justify my actions under rule 3.4.

How even dare you to ruin someone's arrest speedrun by running away you fucking idiot. I swear to god even /me refuses to pick up can just barely misses you a 3.4 warning
