Today, we are going to discuss Action Requests (AR's), Reports, Refund Requests (RR) and Ban Appeals.
Lets begin with Action Requests
What are Action Requests?
They are a way of getting someone punished if he broke a rule, by posting a demo for evidence, his information and post the thread in the right forum.

What are Action Requests?

A player broke a rule, how do I post an AR?
- First step: Go to this link - https://perpheads.com/forums/action-requests.31/
- Second step: Press the button which says "Create Thread"
- Third Step: Name your AR, and copy and past this template:
Your Steam/In-game Name:
His/Her Steam/In-game Name:
His/Her SteamID:
Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Evidence (Demo Required):
Tick:
His/Her Steam/In-game Name:
His/Her SteamID:
Why Should This Player Be Punished:

Then, be sure to fill every thing it says. You can leave the SteamID if you don't know it, just be sure to inform staff about it.
After you have filled out the template, you will need a demo. How do you upload a demo? Well, here is a link which will show you step-by-step on how to upload a demo!

After you filled out everything, and have re-checked your AR, you are done!

Reports
Now that we are done with AR's, lets jump to reports.
Now, reports can be made in-game and on the forums, but reports are commonly used in-game.
To send a report to a staff member IG, follow this instruction.
All you need to do is:
"/report <Player's name> <Rules he broke>"
Those words that are in <> do not have to be written, but I will show you an example on how to send a report:
"/report Frank is breaking 3.4 and 2.1 because he killed me infront of CCTV"
Now that is a simple, informative report. Be sure to NEVER misuse the /report function, or you can get blacklisted either from sending reports, or banned.

Refund Requests
What are refund Requests?
Refund requests are threads that are made for you to get a refund on something. Refund Requests are made so you get a refund on something you lost. When someone dies or gets killed because of something which has to do with the server, then you can do a refund request with a Demo Provided. You can also do a Refund Request if someone breaks the rules, then your AR gets accepted.
In RR, it is needed to also copy and paste a template.
Here is the template:

Be sure to fill out the template, then when you're done with everything, be sure to post it.
Evidence is required in order for a RR to get accepted!

Ban Appeals
What are ban appeals?
Ban appeals are when you have been either banned for an invalid reason, or you want to make an apology. There are 2 ways you can do a ban appeal, either do an apology, saying you're sorry, etc or a dispute. Now, a dispute is not mostly made, but when it is Evidence WILL be needed, a full explanation on how you got banned etc.
Here is the template for a ban appeal:
Appealing for: Ban / Blacklist
Appeal type: Dispute / Apology
Which staff member banned you:

Why were you banned/blacklisted:
Why should this appeal be considered:

Now, as you can see there is a choice for either Ban / Blacklist which you only need to write the one you are appealing for, then there is a choice between dispute / Apology. Do the same, just write down the one you chose to do.
As I said, be sure to have Evidence with you for a dispute, but for an Apology it is not needed.
When you fill that out, be sure to post it.
