Friend has problems

Well my friend gets some errors while joining. e didnt have them before. HE got them only a week before. He has a really good Pc. 970, i7, 8gb ram. He can only join sometimes. This bug happens 90% of the time he joins. This is the console at the time he tries to join :

Hello mate!

So this is quite a common thing with like all big Garry's Mod servers. Basically what is happening is the snapshot (Contains map entity infomation like props) is too big and cannot be sent to the client. I can't see any ways to "fix" it but you can maybe make it better:

Tips:

• Setting your Garry's Mod process higher
• This will give Garry's Mod priority for CPU and RAM usage in your system.
  
  Spoiler: How to

  Setting Garry's Mod to the 'high' priority (Open Garry's Mod > CTRL + ALT + DEL > Open task manager > Select the processes tab > Right click "hl2.exe" > Set Priority > High)

• Cleaning your Garry's Mod
• A mass of clientside addons may not help, see here to find out more.

Questions to ask yourself:

1. Does this occur only on PERPHEADS?
2. Do you have process heavy programs on in the background when connecting?

Seems like you are missing some base content? "weapon_cs_base" looks like something associated with Counter-Strike. Do you have CSS installed and mounted?

These seem like you are missing some base-gmod fonts. But i had a look at my folder, and i don't have those either. But i can join just fine. Is this an addon that you have? Maybe try and delete all addons, and unsubscribe to everything.
