Brief description of idea:
Allows officers to retrieve 2-3 fuel cans from either their trunk or an NPC (the bandage one)
What benefits would this idea have for the department:
There are multiple situations that this may prove beneficial such as officer has run out of fuel or there is a civilian stranded without fuel.
Officers can quickly get to a stranded vehicle.

Cops use it on other vehicles to fuel them up for free. Also by having them instantly ready at their disposal they would also take the job of a Roadcrew worker if they stumble upon a vehicle that's out of fuel. And on another note, it's not even our duty or job to fuel up vehicles, get Roadcrew to do it. This isn't what you were trained for.

In Germany, if you have no fuel in your vehicle and if you suddenly become stuck like on the Autobahn or anywhere else it's a traffic offense which will be met with a fine. It counts as a voluntary stop so you better get your lazy bum to fuel up your car more often.

I understand where you're coming from but this isn't Germany, it's a perp server where fuel is the last thing on most peoples mind. If a vehicle runs out of fuel in the middle of the highway and there's no roadcrew on, what can you do as an officer to prevent loss of life? Nothing apart from a few cones and a police broadcast that no one is going to listen to. But, this isn't just for the sake of civilians, It's also for the sake of officers.
