Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Change

What law do you wish to change/add: 8.1/8.2

Why should this change/addition be made: Simply define roughly how much can be said to be for each crime, e.g ~5 items of a certain drug may be considered as personal use.

What is the aim of this change/addition: Allow officers to clearly distinguish between the two laws.

Additional Information: None.

Tbh I think its up to officers discretion, I don't think we can put a limit on things like this. For example what if someone had 6 marijuana and the limit was 5? Its still a small amount so I wouldn't class it as intent to supply.

This is an issue that I am aware of, what does actually constitute "personal use"? Generally, I say anything above 10 bags.

I would like to codify an amount into the code but the question is, how much?
