only when youre on perp?

check nvidia control panel > adjust video color settings > click with nvidia settings and play around with it
also try putting gmod in fullscreen

try lowering shader settings its been happening to me recently since i reset my pc

might have the "night light" active, go right click on your desktop, display settings and turn off night light if it is on

Check if you have color correction enabled in your game settings, it makes my game more purple.
