Viewing demos is a pain in the ass! Loading times, rewinding being nearly impossible, loading some weird cs.lua you found on the forums! I have spent the last 4 odd months working on this demo player. It revolutionises demo playback, makes it so much easier to scrub through and load demos.

Here's some things to keep in mind:

1. It works off of your installed files, so make sure you've got gmod and perp installed.
2. It auto updates, no opening github every day!
3. Demos that finished less than 15 minutes ago wont load, this is to prevent abuse.
4. You need to have joined the server at the same version as the demo (just once, not every time you want to load a demo)
5. Set it as the preferred application to open .dem files and you can just double click a demo to open it
6. Explore the Cache settings (it makes loading demos A LOT FASTER)

7. MEDAL DETECTIONS: Yes, you can set it as a "game" through your Medal.tv settings.
   Should be called game detection.

I've done a tiny bit of tweaking myself (specifically to work with 32 bit demos consistently)

I’m aware of some issues with Medal recording the overlays (such as the playback bar)

I will compact this onto the viewer soon. Thank you @Viper for raising this issue

Note;

Phones and TeamSpeak don’t work too well, you’ll still hear people but like, it won’t show who’s talking etc.

I’m working on this, I’ll treat it like the radio works.
