Suggestion Title: Give RC money if someone fixes their car at the NPC
Suggestion Description: Give RC money if someone fixes their car at the NPC, just like it goes for people healing themselves when medics are on duty.

Why should this be added?:
- More income for the RC.

What negatives could this have?:
- None really.

Good idea it could be small amount as it is in paramedics.
It could also depend of the vehicle damage example:
86$ for engine damage
93$ for bodywork/tire

Roadcrew could also have ability for tire replace and it would take 10-30seconds

medics also get money from people using the medic NPC to heal themselves. It only makes sense for RC to have the same benefit.

I didn't even know medics got this so RC should to. its just fair. Even with 2 roadcrew they can still be busy and someone cant wait, it happens.
