Giving Traffic Officers LED Road Signs?

Topic: Adding LED road signs to warn citizens on the road.

Short explanation (in notes):
- Adding a customisable LED Road Sign that traffic officers can place.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It would make less roadblocks result in crashes and allow Traffic Officers to make more realistic traffic signs. The model is already in CSGO so it should be quite easy.

I was thinking to make a suggestion about it but couldn't be arsed. Would be a great addition if it's not too big of a prop. Much more visibility than the cones we currently have.

Police cars already have a similar thing on top of their lightbar, which nobody ever uses.

It would be a great addition which would stop more crashes on checkpoints, but I believe, that this will take a while to add since it will be a bit hard to code.
