Gmod crashing on every attempt joining server

When i try to join this server, everything goes well, but then loading stops at maps/graphs/rp_paralake_city_v2.ain and crashes.
What should I do? It also happens on other heavy customised servers.
I've got 6 gb ram. My graphics card drivers are up to date, I've tried reinstalling gmod, uninstalling all addons and getting only the perphead contents and map, nothing works.

Search in workshop rp_paralakecity since its a standalone pack and not a part of content packs

Subscribe everything in this list here.

If that does not work, download the content pack and extract them to your addons folder of your Gmod directory.

And as a last resort (if nothing above helped), verify your Gmod cache files and subscribe to every addon here .

I was doing everything under here, didn't work. I've installed all the addons.

My friends had the same problem and they all play on Mac, as @Creepis mentioned, download the content and it should be ok
