Gmod fps 30 dropped down to 7 all the time ow?

Let's get a couple things out the way:

I scanned my PC
Checked my settings which are fine
Nothing is eating up CPU usage
Deleted temp files
Deleted addons that may interfere
Used an fps booster
Turned on Vsync
Used low settings

What the HELL do I do? I have googled and no solution!

Maybe put down the settings, or check the demo folder for the demos and remove the useless ones.
They take up a lot of storage.

1 screen. And il try removing the demos hopefully that will work

Programs running in the background can be a major factor. Most of the FPS problems is due to the map I get 4 fps waiting at the intersection when everyone has lights on. The point it that it may not be your computer at fault.

It happens ALL the time now literally. No running background programs
