Gmod update problem.

Everytime i try to download the update garrysmod update i get this : http://prntscr.com/nuet60

Ive tried switching download region and clearing download cache.
Still, nothing changed and its not working.

First thing I'd do is delete hl2.exe from the game files and verify them.
If not working maybe install gmod on another hard drive?

Ive noticed the command like in the hl file dosent look like it should, ill try fixing it that way, and if it dosent work ill delete it and verify
