Suggestion Title: Graffiti
Suggestion Description: Spray graffiti around the city to get illegal activity xp in org to either like spray something that the devs choose or mabye upload your own type like you do in image and use that as a spray
EDIT you could also mabye have a mission to go out and do graffiti specfic spots

Why should this be added?:
- This would add more ways to get illegal xp
- this would be fun

What negatives could this have?:
- idk comment down below
- mabye too much xp

What problem would this suggestion solve?: -more xp to org leaderboard

I think this is a good idea, maybe tweaking vandalism to have a higher charge could also be used since it would be easy just doing graffiti all day and just getting tickets or barely any jail time.

Fine if everyone gets 1 spray at a time, otherwise the whole of paralake will be covered in comic sans

Should be able to spray it on a rival org members base to siphon XP. (If you succeed, you gain XP and they lose XP)

Of course, this should alert them in some way or it should be very obvious so there can be counter play.

yes that could be cool, mabye it should work like you spray on their doors or like wall n stuff?

Seems like a cool idea for org XP, As long as their is cooldowns and reprecussions for people that have spray painted org affiliated stuff like Liam mentioned then I think it'll be good, Ultimately the spray doesn't have to be huge and take up an entire building, it could just be a small spray.

This would be a great idea. People could submit spray arts to staff for approval and when approved they could go and spray it. I like this idea a lot
