Server Suggestion Have the DD contact new players after some amount of playtime or product in storage

Description of the idea: Have the DD contact new players themselves when they reach a certain amount of playtime or have a certain amount of product in their storage, this message should not be easy to miss and also have a on-screen notification that they should check their phone. As with other players when you sell a certain amount of product to him he will automatically message you whenever he moves locations. Many new players FAQ include asking for help how to find Mr. Doug Diller in the OOC chat only to be advised to look IC for him.

Why should this be added? (pros): Making it easier for new players to buy and sell their product, hopefully also to stop them from asking in OOC just to get told off.

What negatives could this have? (cons): None, this is beneficial for new players only.

Would be good if it happens one time maybe 2 to a new player, the dealer sends a pic of possible locations and how to sell drugs. After a few transactions between the dealer and civ I feel that there is no longer need of getting messaged over and over. - The convo with the locations and info saves to the phone. and the civ can look at it whenever he wants
