To join the discord, I believe you have to do /link with the bot and then /sync to get your roles

i've done the content guide and deleted every single addon and it still doesnt work.

What exact issue are you experiencing?

It is advised to download all content including the map, and deleting your old content

I see, I can also see his health bar.
This might actually have nothing to do with the content packs and perhaps not all server files downloading when connecting to the server perhaps?

brother no literally vanilla game now i uninstalled every single addon i had and just re installed the server content.

Try uninstalling gmod using Revo uninstaller, ensuring that you delete everything associated with gmod after the uninstallation is completed.

I've had this issue before but we found a solution that also thankfully worked for them.

Opting in and out of Gluapack does not (always) work. Instead you should remove these folders:

GarrysMod/bin
GarrysMod/garrysmod/cache
GarrysMod/garrysmod/download
GarrysMod/garrysmod/downloadlists
GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua

Probably more than necessary but it seems to do the job. The bin folder is the most important part of this.
Make sure you're also running on the 64-Bit branch.
Also make sure you are opted back into Gluapack by putting this into your launch options:

+tv_nochat ""

If this still doesn't work then it might be a Gluapack CDN issue with our host. I'm not too knowledgable on how it is set-up but it might be an issue with Cloudflare as we use it for our servers.
Give Cloudflare Warp a try which also helped me as my ISP had a bunch of issues with Cloudflare regarding peering (thank you big T).
