HELP witcher 3

hi can i have some tips on the Witcher 3 please
i keep getting killed in every boss battle, i am reading the beastiary of the monsters and i am doing dodging and rolling and using the correct sword but i still keep getting killed by them idk why

Spam roll, learn their attack patterns, don't over commit because there's generally no time limit so just hit and run. Use the shield sign (Quen) for bossfights.

and upgrade Quen when you get the chance so it takes two hits instead of one
