Help with TeamSpeak! (Fixed)

So i am having a few problems with installing TeamSpeak..

The problem is when installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (X64) it keeps getting stuck on processing Windows81_x64 maybe cause its a old PC? i don't really know
