Probationary Dispatcher is currently closed, it closed recently. You'll have to wait for it to open before you can apply for it again if you have any questions you can always go to PLPD.online/helpdesk/create and create one directed towards Dispatcher.
You don't have to be an officer to get Dispatcher.
