As most of you know I couldn't play the server as I was getting 300-350 ping after the server swap, I would advise trying to VPN to a more northern state like NY or Virginia. I effectively lowered my ping back to normal at max pop at 170-180 ping and 140 at like 60 players.
If you already have a VPN try it out and see if it works for you it worked for me and @Aquaa
