Server Suggestion Higher the speed of the tow truck.

Suggestion Title: Higher the speed of the tow truck.
Suggestion Description: Make the tow truck able to go 65/60mph when not towing a car. When a car is on the boot a safety should prevent the truck from going over 50mph, the current max speed.

Why should this be added?:
+ The truck is very slow on the highway, I get that it's a heavy truck however this doesn't make them slow irl.
+ QoL
+ Faster services delivered to all clients, seeing as this speed increase will allow tow trucks to shorten transport time to their desired location. If it involves driving on the highway.

What negatives could this have?:
- More minges driving 65/60mph now in city causing more damages, however minges get punished and this shouldn't really be a big problem.

The roadcrew vehicle should be able to sustain speeds that should not excess 60mph, realistically speaking.

I think alot of the big vehicles need a speed buff, the fire truck should be able to hit 65 and the tow truck hit 60. The fire truck legitly tops out instantly and the tow truck the same.
