Suggestion Title: Honorary Cooldown help chat
Suggestion Description: Remove the cooldown on help chat for the honorary rank
Why should this be added?:
I believe that the cooldown on help chat should be removed for the honorary rank since these members can be trusted without a cooldown since there is no reason for users with this rank to abuse it.
It is extremely annoying to have this cooldown since I have run into this problem multiple times as of late where I try to help someone in /help but have had to re-write my sentence twice or even sometimes thrice because of a cooldown that isn't even necessary.
What negatives could this have?:
Could be abused and used for spam but I don't know why anyone would abuse /help chat with their honorary rank.
