You can buy a fishing rod at Poisson (small corner store opposite bank) or Yoghurto's Pub (down at docks).
Then you can go to Beach as it's the safest place to fish at, as you can't be mugged there.
Then hold Q and left click the fishing rod/s, then just make sure the hook is in the water.
Make sure to freeze your rods with a physgun otherwise they might fly off.
Then just wait for fish and other items to show up. You can then sell them at the Freddy's next to the Beach.
From time to time your fishing will get taken by a big fish so make sure you have some extra.
