Apparently to do this I have to help with testing out on the test server, how exactly do I get to the test server? Do I need to get invited, or can I just join? Can somebody please explain this to me?

Apparently to do this I have to help with testing out on the test server, how exactly do I get to the test server? Do I need to get invited, or can I just join? Can somebody please explain this to me?
The test server is the dev. server that the developers use. They opened it once and let people test out whatever they'd like to look for bugs and alike. Nearly nothing was reported, personally I didn't know how to use TS back in the day, meaning I got to report nothing at all although I found some stuff.
