How do you guys feel about the current PD application format?

Do you feel like the tests are fair? Relevant? Are they easy or hard

The basic officer test is very very easy, moving onto RTU etc it will get more difficult, however you gain most of the knowledge with experience and by reading the handbooks

All of it is law and policy knowledge. Ever since I've stopped fucking around I've started to realise it's easy as hell to know laws and policies.
The practicals are easy if you know common policies etc.
The applications are fair but imo the cool down for if you fail should be lower in fairness.

The way the tests are currently is mostly years worth of trial and error with ideas from many groups of people.

For someone new, what the tests ask of you may feel hard/difficult but with experience and just a bit of your own willingness, they shouldn’t be too hard.

They are also continuously reviewed to see whether the general consensus is that they are harder than anticipated or not
