In British English, lieutenant is pronounced left-tenant , the American pronunciation, which is typically loo-tenant
The server is a made up city based in a fictional country/states ish somewhere. Although they have European signs.
Generally within the city its pronounced as loo-tenant, nobody uses the left-tenant term within paralake. (i have NEVER herd someone say it that way)
