Now for a lot of people on the server, The new things on V3 are broke. This is Mainly for regals but could fix some other problems. So first of all, Locate your "GarrysMod" Folder.
ThisPC>Harddrive( C: )>Programfiles (x86)>Steam>Steamapps>Common>GarrysMod
Once you have found this folder, You will need to get into the Config folder.
Garrysmod>Cfg>Autoexec.cfg
Open it with Notepad (Preferably Notepad++) And write the following
"mat_specular 0"
This should fix your regals; You of course need Counter-Strike Source Content.
If not, try re-Installing the game and or verify game cache.
Now if you're missing any map content other than regals, you have to install the map off workshop > http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=579409868&searchtext=paralake
@Xquality Has yet to make a file download of V3 so it's a lot harder to tackle map problems.
