There are no awards for earning trophy points other than forum ranks. When you are high enough to progress a forum rank, it will automatically take place

What rewards? Or are you referring to the old rewards that stopped a while ago? Trophy rewards are not being ran anymore.

Points are automatically given except trophies from Community Managers.

To see what trophies you have, click your profile and click ‘points’. It will show you how many points, what you have achieved and what you are yet to achieve.

if you go to your profile and click on the points and go to the bottom and click view all trophies you can see all the trophies and see what you need to do to get them and get the trophies points

And you can get some from in game by winning events which you can also see on the trophy points list
