How to start orginisations?

To create an organization, head to the NPC at City Hall and speak to the NPC at the front desk.

You can start a organsiation at the city hall, by talking to the front NPC, it costs 5k, and will start off your organisation at level 0, you can level your organistion by selling weapons or crafting, doing drugs and selling them, raiding and killing rival/other players as well as muggings.
